Riri (dieaschenbrecher) is a Multi Media Artist based in Vienna. Born in a small town in the austrian mountains in Salzburg, she always felt a deep connection to nature. Since a child she tries to find ways to express her vivid inner world. What started with drawing and ballett  turned into Multi Media sculptures, ritualistic installations, video animation and sound exploration and the constant urge to find new ways to connect people through art. Riri is a hyper sensitive being and a strong believer in radical empathy. Through her works she tries to create altars for Sensibility, rather than just exhibiting things. Magical Creatures and whimsical dreamscapes are forms of her Visual Language, to create worlds where people can feel deeply, while questioning the systems and structures that dominate our world. Another topic is nature and the symbiosis with it. Riri sees beauty and value in every being. She wants to spark curiosity in peoples perception amd motivate them to observe what has always been with us. Right now dieaschenbrecher is studying digital arts at the university of Applied Arts in Vienna to learn more techniques. During her studies she explores different digital realms but never looses the focus of creating in the physical world.
